c0d2f412c5 Update GoodJob queue configuration for thread count

* Replace WakaTime editor links with Hackatime docs

Hackatime has its own editor docs which are Hackatime-specific (like
using the automated script instead of manual WakaTime setup), so it
makes sense to use Hackatime's own docs.
